When we decided to sell our large family home and downsize, we couldn’t find anything we liked. I jokingly told Cody we wanted to downsize, not downgrade! We can live small, but wanted high ceilings, lots of natural light and higher-end finishes than are normally found in an 1100 sq ft home. Cody and the team at Parker County Custom Homes were fantastic. They listened to our wish list, worked well with our architect, made several suggestions and built us the most perfect little barndo! It’s beautiful and the entire process was a great experience. We’ve recommended him to family and friends. One of those projects was a complete gut job, with an addition that almost double the size of the home. It turned out gorgeous! Highly recommend!

When my husband and I retired from the military we decided to settle down in Texas where we could build a guest house for our many family and friends who live throughout the United States and around the world. Through word of mouth I was referred to Parker Hayes.
